1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Register

A personal account is required to use 7bot's services. You are obligated to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

Account Registration Rules

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential – do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 7bot Support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or operating an account in another person's name is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

7bot may require identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals above a certain amount. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. 7bot reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is completed.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 7bot. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Providing false information about your age is a legally punishable offence.
• 7bot may request age verification documents in cases where there is reason for doubt.

4 Deposits & Payments

7bot accepts deposits via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and completely secure.

• Deposits must be made from an account held in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited and will be voided.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
• 7bot may set or adjust deposit limits at any time, without prior notice.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from 7bot is a simple and fast process, though certain conditions apply.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Funds typically arrive within 15–30 minutes; Bank Transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be held pending until KYC is completed.
• 7bot reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 7bot run on certified RNG technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties. Results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

• If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, all wagered funds will be refunded.
• Using software exploits or manipulating game mechanics will result in account termination.
• 7bot's decision is final and shall apply in all disputes.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined based on 7bot's server logs.

8 Fraud & Prohibited Activities

11 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Similarly, 7bot may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is due to fraud.
